Privacy Policy

This privacy policy concerns exclusively the website cernispro.de. How the CERNIS PRO software itself handles data is described separately on the Privacy & Trust page. In short: this website does not actively collect personal data, uses no tracking and embeds no external services.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, the following data is stored briefly for technical reasons: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer and user agent.

Purpose: technical operation, stability and security of the website.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR / DSGVO (legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation).

Deletion: after 7 days at the latest.

This data is not merged with other data sources.

Cookies

This website uses a single, technically necessary cookie to store the chosen appearance (light/dark). It contains no personal data, is not used for recognition and is not transmitted to third parties. No consent is required for this (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG, German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act). A cookie banner is therefore deliberately omitted.

No tracking, no external services

No tracking of any kind takes place. No analytics services, no advertising networks, no social-media plugins, no external fonts and no external scripts are embedded. All content is served from our own server. No data is passed on to third parties.

Hosting

The website is hosted on our own server operated in Germany. No transfer to third countries takes place.

Contact by email

When you get in touch by email, the data transmitted (email address, content of the message) is used exclusively to process your request and is deleted once the matter has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR / DSGVO.
